Location

The Mövenpick Hotel Bur Dubai is located very centrally; the distance to the airport of Dubai is only a 10 minutes drive. In the vicinity of the hotel you will find the business district and the Al Nasr leisure land as well as some shopping centres.

Rooms

232 rooms and suites offer the following comforts: interactive SAT-TV, video, direct dialling telephone, wireless high-speed internet access, hair-dryer, mini-bar, tea and coffee machine, safe. Some of the suites are complementarily provided with whirlpool.

Upon request you can book non-smoking rooms, rooms with equipment for handicapped persons or provided with connection doors.

The guests of the Executive Floor on the 4th floor can take advantage of a separate entrance with check-in, a private lounge (incl. breakfast buffet, refreshments and Happy-Hour as well as a private business centre with internet access.

Gastronomy

Five restaurants and three bars and cafés of the Mövenpick Hotel Bur Dubai offer menus for all tastes. The “Fountain Restaurant” in the awarded Atrium lobby is opened 24 hours per day. For connoisseurs of the Italian-Mediterranean cuisine the restaurant “La Veranda” can be recommended. The typical English Pub “Somersets” invites for diner in an agreeable atmosphere. Whereas traditionally Lebanese cuisine accompanied by belly-dancing is offered in the “Fakhreldine”. The most trendy American “Jimmy Dix” is a well succeeded mixture of restaurant, bar and club. Little refreshments can be taken in between meals in the “Rooftop Bar”, in the Café “Espresso” and the “19th Street Café”.

Sport and Wellness

On the fop floor you can take advantage of a fitness center with aerobic studio, jogging trail, a swimming pool, Turkish bath and sauna. Additionally massage treatments (against fee) are possible.

Others

Coiffeur, gift shop, 24-hours room service, shuttle service to the city, to the shopping centers and to the Gold Souk, to the beach and to the airport. The conference rooms are provided with state of the art equipment. Ball room with hydraulic ramp for up to 550 persons, underground parking with 200 spaces.

Our Opinion

The Mövenpick hotel is a good combination of city and business hotel. Due to its central location it is particularly suitable for businessmen and visitors who are looking for some changes and entertainment in the shopping centers, on the Souk or in the city during their stay.
